No cat setup is that the high cat setup has a catalytic converter which will help to reduce the overall emissions coming from your vehicle. The sound was unbelievable (not in a good way in my opinion)so i went with the roe high flow cats.

No cats is of coarse much louder and more. Hi flow cats sound much better and decently louder than stock and as far as how loud i guess would depend on your mufflers.
